    1907 (23 Sept): Registered Stationery envelope  36 c. brown from Beau Bassin to Paris with 1900/05 6 c. purple & carmine on red, both struck by D5 "BEAU-BASSIN" despatch cds, local 'R' registration mark unrecorded by Proud and oval "REGISTERED MAURITIUS No 23 SP 07" alongside, all in black. Reverse with "PARIS DISTRIBUTION 19 10 07" arrival cds. Appealing cover, the franking paying correctly the letter rate up to 30 grams plus 12 c. registration fee.
