    1892: 1 c. green, bisect, used on reduced newspaper wrapper, from Colón to Panama, dated 11 September 1893, tied by 'AGENCIA CORREOS NACIONAL / COLON' duplex in black, arrival to reverse dated the same day, small pre-fix surface fault to stamp of no significance, two vertical creases and a horizontal filing crease which has slit and been reinforced to back, creases well clear of the adhesive, scarce. The only recorded ½ c. printed matter domestic rate reported.
