1850: 1 d. crimson-lake on hard greyish mdium paper, Plate II (positions 11-12-13-14), the used horizontal strip of four with huge even margins all round, used on 1851 double rate entire letter to Albury, all crisply cancelled by "48" barred oval obliterators of Tarcutta in black. Reverse with oval "TARCUTTA / ♚ / NEW S. WALES" despatch in black (Sept 29) and faint Albury arrival of the following day. File folds well away from the adhesives, a splendid and beautiful entire with just two covers recorded with a strip of four of the Sydney View Plate II 1 d., this being without doubt the finest.
