    1934 (Feb): Overprinted "OFFICIAL" by the Govt. Printer in Pretoria, 1 d. scarlet used on large part of O.H.M.S. Newspaper wrapper mailed by the Resident Commissioner in Maseru with his cachet at left in red, addressed to a Professor M. Lambert in Lagos, Nigeria neatly tied by MASERU circular datestamp (April 9, 1934) in black. An excessively rare cover: whilst the issue comprised of 300 of each of the four values, only 34 of the 1 d. value were actually issued, the balance being burnt by the authorities. Exceptional. Cert.
