    1850: Carta a mano 5 c. 'giallo arancio' and 10 c. in the rare shade 'grigio argento', both from the first printrun 'prima tiratura', two fine examples in fresh colour with good to large margins all round, together lightly cancelled by central strike of "Mantova / 19 GIU." (1850) two-line datestamp, on cover to Verona, reverse with VERONA arrival cds of the following day. Minor acid ink imperfections, nevertheless an appealing cover from the first month of this issue.
