P. Sta. No. 28 / SANTA CLARA, CUBA" cds in violet (March 18); and cover addressed to Cuba with USA Grant 5 c. blue with label "DESPATCH TO SPAIN OR / SPANISH COLONIES  PROHIB- / ITED ON ACCOUNT OF WAR".
