    Incoming Mail 1865/70: Covers (2) to Cuba with 1865 cover franked by France 1862 40 c. orange and 80 c. carmine (Yvert 23+24) used from Amiens (Aug 23) to Havana via New York and struck with framed "NE.2" handstamp in black; and October 1870 cover with France Laureated 20 c. blue, four examples (Yvert 29) used from Montrésor to Santiago de Cuba with "2" handstamp applied in black upon arrival for internal rate due. Small imperfections but a scarce pair. Ex the Brian Moorhouse estate.
