    Postage Due 1878: Small business card size envelope, sent unpaid and struck with "Poste Egiziane / Alessandria" despatch cds (Feb 18) in black with handstruck "2" piastres due marking (double the deficiency) in black. One or two pinholes in envelope where hung in Post Office, superb and very scarce.
