Overprinted at the Zanzibar Gazette 1895/96: India 4 a. olive-green, a used horizontal pair, first stamp normal and second stamp showing variety "Zanzidar for Zanzibar" (Row 4, stamp 6), lightly cancelled by Zanzibar bridge datestamps (Jan 17, 1896) in black leaving the variety clear.
