    1915 (Jan): German East Africa 15 h. ultramarine, handstamped "G.R. / MAFIA" in reddish violet, a fine unused block of four, all handstamped but light almost 'albino' impressions, one additionally initialled "JDM" by Lt. Col. J.D. Mackay, Governor of Mafia Island in manuscript ink. Fresh appearance and very rare, slight aging on large part og. with lower pair unmounted og.
