First Transpacific Flight USA - Australia 1928: Signed large sized photo of the crew and their plane 'Southern Cross', signed in pen by their respective images C. Kingsford Smith", C.P. Ulm, H.A. Litchfield and J.H.C. McWilliams, photo affixed to card, dedicated "To Doc Maidment, the man who put the whirl into whirlwinds, with our sincere appreciations - From "Smithy" and 'Charles' 1928", light wrinkling and surface marks from adhesive on reverse.
