1893 (Jan 1): Surcharged Locally 12 c. on Die I 16 c. chestnut & blue, a used example, variety "Surcharge Double", cancelled by "B64" obliterator in black. The reverse somewhat browned not affecting the appearance of a great rarity - just three examples of this stamp are known, one of which, an unused example, is housed in the collection of His Majesty Charles III.
