    1871: 10 b. orange, a fine large margined example used on cover to Turnu-Severin tied by scarce "TINTARENI" circular datestamp (Sept 21) in black with information strike alongside (Kiriac fig. 356). Framed "P.D." at right with framed Too Late "DUPA / PLECARE" in blue and straight line "FILIASI" transit in black. Some ironed wrinkles but a remarkable and attractive cover. Signed Heimbüchler.
