    Russian P.O. 1861: Prepaid cover from Bucharest to Odessa, redirected to Kherson, Ukraine endorsed "Franco" in manuscript, with outstanding strike of circular cyrillic "BUCHAREST" datestamp with fleuron at base (March 24) in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 34 - this being the same cover as recorded by both Prigara and Tchilinghiirian on page 61). Boxed and dated ODESSA handstamp in black at right and readdressed from there to Kherson with boxed datestamp (April 3) in black on obverse. A rarity. Ex collection Sassower.
