    1867/81: Laureated 5 s. blue on yellow paper, perf. 13, small nick at base and 1869 10 d. blackish-brown on pink, perf. 13, used on 1868 cover to London endorsed "via Marseilles" tied by Melbourne duplexes (July 18). 'London / Paid' arrival cds in red (Sept 7) below. An extraordinary franking paying the 5/10d. rate for a letter between 2 and 3 ounces. Illustrated in "The Stamps of Victoria" by Geoff Kellow RDP on page 180.
