    French Post Offices in Dobrudja 1871/75: France Cérès 10 c. brown on rose and 15 c. bistre in a vertical pair, used on 23 August 1875 entire letter from Constantinople via Tulcea / Tulscha to Braila, neatly tied by dotted "5102" gros chiffres in blue.
