    French Post Offices in Dobrudja 1868: Cover from Sulina to Syra, Greece sent unpaid, struck on despatch with pearled "SULINA / TURQ. D'EUROPE" circular datestamp of despatch (Nov 15) at right. Struck with "45 LEP" handstamp in black and franked on arrival with Greece 1867/69 5 l. green on bluish and 40 l. mauve on blued, each tied by Syra cds's. Reverse with French PO Constantinople cds (Nov 17) in black. A remarkable and very rare cover. Holcombe states "possibly unique". Cert.
