    Prisoner of War mail; 1915 (22. Nov.) : 5Pf.. green as German domestic franking on POW postcard to DRESDEN Germany. The card received a LOME censor and a EMMERICH "GEPRÜFT UND ZU BEFÖRDERN. "two line cachet. The sender reports a slight improvement of mail facilities. Despite the cancellation of the endorsement "via HOLLAND" this postcard is likely part of a bulk mailing, which arrived via VLISSINGEN. A great war mail rarity.  Unlisted by ArGe.
