    Puebla 1868: 25 c. blue on pink, thick figures, imperforate, overprinted '4-71' and 'Puebla' in black, the Postal Forgery, two examples used on 29 December 1871 entire letter from the Mendoza Cortina correspondence to Madrid,. Spain tied by "FRANCO / MEXICO" cds's in black. Reverse with London transit cds (Jan 27, 1872) in red and charged "4R" due upon delivery. An exceptional usage off the Postal Forgery to an overseas address, a very rare and attractive franking. Cert. Jaretzky (2005).
