    Treasury Roulette 1841: 1 d. red-brown on blued, Alphabet II, plate 146, lettered FI, a used example showing the "Treasury Roulette" on three sides and scissor cut at top, on 1852 cover mailed within London by William Ewart Gladstone (at the time Chancellor of the Exchequer) to John Macgregor (1797-1857), Member of Parliament for Glasgow from July 1847-1857, Prince's Gate tied by London numeral oibliterator in black. London cds on reverse (Dec 21) in red. A superb example and very fine. Certificate BPA (1987) Gi B2a = £ 15'000.rn
