NSW reading up, perf. 12, an unused example centred to left, overprinted POSTAGE in blue and "OS" in black (7 mm. spacing), of good rich colour and large part og. Minor horizontal crease does not affect the appearance of this rarity with circa 100 examples printed of which most were used. Sold with an overprinted "SPECIMEN" example in fine quality.
