    1878: 10kr green type II, vertical pair tied by clear but in places faint 'AGENTIE D.D.S.G. SISTOV' in blue with additional franking Hungary 2kr. rose perf 13 (2) on extremely rare letter from SISTOV to Vienna in the second weight rate. The Hungarian stamps are tied by a BAZIAS single circle (22. Sep), an arrival cancel 'WIEN' (23. Sep.) is on the reverse. The D.D.S.G. franking displays the usual natural irregular perforation upper stamp short corner perf, minor paperbends do not detract. The lower stamp of the pair shows a tear to the middle of the stamp. The green stamps paid the postage from the Bulgarian port SISTOV to BAZIAS, the Hungarian stamps paid for the onward journey to WIEN. The envelope shows signs of past rough treatment, but according to the certificate Ferchenbauer is unique as a letter of the 2. weight rate.
