    Galatz 1864: Arms 10 s. blue and vertical pair of 15 s. brown, perf. 9½, used on 1867 cover from Galatz to Montpellier, France via Strasbourg endorsed "via Vienne and Paris"; with despatch cancellation "Galatz" hand-written above endorsement; the adhesives initially un-cancelled and tied in transit in Vienna with circular "1" obliterators in black. Reverse with Montpellier arrival (May 24). Rare and believed unique.
