The stamps are cancelled BOLOGNA 30 NOV 63, a further strike is applied on the front of the letter. This usage predates the official first day by a day, a transit and the arrival mark are both from the 1. Dec. A very rare letter, with certificates E. Diena and Raybaudi (1984).
