    Outgoing to Austria 1863: Fully paid cover from Chalkis to Trieste, bearing 1861 Paris printing 5 l. green and 1861/62 First Athens printing 1868/69 10 l. orange (3), fine & coarse impression and 40 l. mauve on blue, five singles examples with fresh colour and overall good to large margins, tied by '56' numeral of Chalkis with matching cds (April 26) and PED (Paid to Foreign Destination) handstamp in red alongside. The three-colour 75 lepta franking paying correctly 20 lepta inland Greek postage, 15 soldi = 45 lepta postage for the Austrian Lloyd plus 3 soldi = 10 lepta for the local rate within Trieste, the weiterfranko credit "3 / 15" noted in red crayon on reverse. An interesting and attractive cover Hellas 3a+12/Ia+12/IIa+14/IIa.
