    Emblems 1860/63: Emblems 2 d. grey-lilac and 2 d. grey-violet, on De La Rue paper, perf. 12, the two very differing shades used on local 1864 cover endorsed "O.H.M.S." within Melbourne, tied by Melbourne duplexes (Jan 22 - with differing time codes). Framed "DETAINED FOR '2d.' / ADDITIONAL POSTAGE" in red applied at left and deleted by pen stroke when the second adhesive was added in the afternoon. A scarce and most attractive cover. Cert.
