    1901/07: 1 a. deep blue, imperforate on native paper, a used horizontal pair tied to reverse of 1907 cloth envelope from Palpa to Kathmandu, tied by square barred "Pa" handstamps of PALPA (Hepper page 12, fig. 1) in black. Half-negative datestamp at left and Kathmandu arrival below in black. An attractive usage.
