    1898/99: 1 a. greenish-grey, pin-perforated, a used example on 1899 cover from Bardiya to Banke tied by barred "Ta" handstamp presumably of BARDIYA (with "Ta" possibly used to differenciate from "Ba" of Banke and Baglung) struck in black (cancellation unrecorded) with reverse showing fine strikes of half negative Bardiya despatch cds (May 18) and Banke arrival cds of the following day. A rare and well struck cancel and a very scarce stamp on letter.
