    1886/89: 1 a. blue, 2 a. violet and 4 a. green, medium native paper of good quality, used on 1894 double rate registered cover (up to 2 tolas) from Kalaiya to Kathmandu, all tied by two fine strikes of "Ka" (KALAIYA III) negative handstamps (Hepper page 10, fig. 8) in black. Reverse with Kalaiya half negative despatch cds (Feb 10) and Kathmandu manuscript arrival of the following day. Damaged at left but a very rare three colour franking. Cert. Hellrigl AIEP (2005).
