    Indian Post Office 1883: India ½ a. blue postal stationery envelope used from Kathmandu to Motahari superbly struck with scarce "D" in bars obliterator in black. Reverse with single ring "NEPAL" cds (Aug 31) and "First Dely. / Motiharee" arrival cds (Sept 3) with date of receipt also in Devanagri script (1883). A fine cover. Cert. Hellrigl AIEP (1984).
