1875 (June 6): Cover from Napoli to Calcutta, endorsed "Via Brindisi", bearing 1866 Torino printing 40 c. carmine and 30 c. 'bruno castano', cancelled by clear '19' numeral obliterator with matching NAPOLI despatch cds and famed "P.D." handstamp in black alongside. Reverse with Brindisi (June 7) and Aden - Bombay "SEA POST OFFICE" (June 11) transit cds's. Light horizontal file fold well away from the stamps, minor toning, nevertheless an attractive cover, the franking paying the 70 centesimi rate to India.Ausruf : 100 CHFZuschlag : 280 CHF -
