Sardinian Fieldpost 1859/60: Selection 15 entire letters, despatched during the second Italian War of Independence, struck with circular datestamps of the Quartier General, also from the disions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 11. The text of one entire includes some dramatic descritions of the battle of S. Martino. An impressive lot to be studied.
