    Province Napoletane 1861: 10 gr. orange in combination with two horizontal pairs of 1 grano black, good to large margined adhesives, fine and fresh, well embossed, tied by crisp "NAPOLI AL PORTO 29 SET 62 2 S" despatch cds, an information strike alongside, on shipmail cover to Messina. Reverse with arrival cds (Sept 30). A most attractive item, in addition an entire full of postal history, the franking paying correctly the 14 grana rate for a cover between 31 and 40 grams in the Italian tariff of March 1861.
