    Province Napoletane 1861: 1 gr. 'grigio nerastro' in an exceptional horizontal strip of five, the second stamp from left showing a prominent cliche error in the top tableau, good to large margined multiple, fine and fresh, well embossed, tied by "COTRONE 22 AGO 1861" despatch cds, on cover to Cartanzaro, reverse with indistinct arrival cds. A most attractive multiple, correctly paying the rate for 2½ sheets, cert. E. Diena (1981) Sassone = € 32'500.
