    Falso dell'epoca 1859/61: 20 gr. carminio, falso type VI, a fresh and fine adhesive, large to huge margined, tied by boxed ANNULLATO of Napoli on cover to Civitavecchia, endorsed "col postale via di Mare". Reverse with Napoli despatch (Sept 25, 1860) cds in red, obverse with "CIVITAVECCHIA DAL LA VIA DI MARE" handstamp in red, reverse with arrival (Sept 26) cds. Cover backed internally, an appealing usage 'paying' correctly the rate for a letter of up to two sheets until the Papal border.
