Provisional Surcharges 1885/86: ½ on 1 d. carmine-rose, a single example with variety "Surcharge Inverted", used on 1885 cover to Roseau, Dominca with 1882/90 1 d. carmine-rose pair tied by "A12" obliterators with 'St. Kitts' despatch cds alongside (April 15).
