    1934: Presentation sheets to the delegates of the 17th Congress of the BKP 1934. There is a total of 18 sheets bearing stamps including 1933 'Stratosphere baloon' (Mi 453/5), 'Zeppelin Polar Flight (Mi 402/5B), 1932 'Polar Year' (Mi 410/1A) and others, all cancelled with special canceller for the Congress in Moscow 25. January 1934. A very unusual item, we have not come accross before.
