    Ustiuzhna (Novgorod Gubernnia) 1889: 3 kop. black on rose-orange paper, an unused marginal example with good perforation and large part og. Small thin at top of reverse and lightest fold in the margin at lower right, just mentioned for accuracy, not impairing at all the attractive appearance of this adhesive of utmost rarity. Certs.
