    German Federal Fortess of Mainz 1832/47: Covers (4) from the Field Post in Mainz all being Military correspondence, with three showing scarce oval "K. K. Ö. M. P. / Mainz" handstamps, two struck in black (Müller 1953b = 560 pts.) and one in red (Müller = 850 pts.) and 1847 receipted cover from a memmber of the 35th Infantry to Bischofteinitz with two line dated "Mainz / 1 APR." italic handstamp in black (Müller 1953c = 750 pts.).
