    1914 (Sept 3): GRI 2½ d. on 20 pf. ultramarine, a used example of 1914 Fred Hagen cover to Sydney, tied by "Apia / Samoa" cds (Sept 11) in black. Manuscript "Passed by Censor / N.Z.E.F." in red crayon at left and reverse with Sydney machine cancel of arrival (Sept 21) in black. Scarce and most attractive.
