    Postal Fiscals of New Zealand Overprinted 1931/32: £ 5 indigo-blue on white chalk surfaced Cowan paper overprinted 'Cook Islands' in red, a used example, marginal from top of sheet, tied to registered §1954 cover to USA by "Aitutaki / Cook Islands" cds (May 25) with registered label and information strike at left. Reverse with 'Apia / Western Samoa' cds (June 4) and Elizabeth / NJ arrival cds (June 10) in red. Scarce and unusual.
