Antilles 1891: Haiti 3 c. grey-lilac and 1892/95 7 c. red, used on cover from Port au Prince to Bordeaux, addressee's name excised, endorsed "via New York" tied by Port au Prince cds's (June 29) with triangular 'T' mark adjacent as cover found to be double rate.
