1871: France Cérès 25 c. blue, a used example on 1872 cover to Constantinople with "Gare du Tours" cds adjacent, underpaid and struck with framed "AFFRANCHISEMENT / INSUFFISANT" and '75c.' handstamp in red (taxed as unpaid letter 1 franc - less 25 c. paid = 75 c.).
