    1872: 5 c. blue (2), used on 1872 mourning envelope to the Poste restante, Paris with OOTHEN straight line at top and tied by "31" dotted numerals of Dreibergan (Nov 9). Underpaid and struck with two different "ONTOEREIKEND" handstamps in black. Taxed on arrival (Nov 11) the short paid amount at double the deficiency with '4' décime due marking in black. A fine and attractive cover.
