1867: Portugal 120 r. blue used on 1870 entire letter endorsed "per Sindh" to Saint Louis, Sénégal tied by '1' obliterator in black with Lisbon cds at left (July 27) and framed 'PD' in red. Underpaid by 60 reis and struck with framed "AFFRANCHISEMENT / INSUFFISANT" and handstruck '3' décimes due marking both in blue. Internal docketing of receipt (Aug 2).
