Deleted 'PD' in red and taxed on arrival with 1870 Postage Due 60 c. pair. Readdressed to Paris, France and taxed on arrival, struck with framed "RÉEXPEDIÉ / TAXE ETRANGÈRE / TAXE FRANCAISE / TOTAL" rate box in red and eventual charge levied of 1 fr. 60 centimes within box in manuscript and confirming handstruck '16' décimes in black.
