    1858: 2 gr. carmine, plate III, large to huge margins in a deep and intense shade, tied by the very rare "BOVINO 25 LUG. 1861" cds (Sassone FG = 12 punti) in black, a crisp information strike alongside, on cover directed to Lucera. A late usage in July 1861, also the cancellation with a very rare datestamp, signed A. Diena; cert E. Diena (1984) Sassone = € 5'500.rnNote: The Bourbonic adhesives could be used after the proclamation of the Regno d'Italia in March 1861.
