    Prince Edward Island 1861: 3 d. blue perf. 9, a fine and fresh example, lightly tied by 'Bars in Oval' obliterator to cover to Upper Coverdale, Albert County New Brunswick.. Reverse with "PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND" despatch cds (June 29, 1863) and arrival cds (July 1), both in black. Minor toning, a very rare correct usage to pay the postage to Canada & Provinces.
