Côte de Somalis 1899 (July 17): Registered Envelope from Djibouti to Paris, bearing Vues de Djibouti issue '0,40' on 4 c. brown lilac & blue, a fresh and fine example with large margins all round, tied by "COTE FRANCAISE DES SOMALIS DJIBOUTI" cds in blue, framed R in the same colour alongside. Reverse with arrival (July 30) cds. A fine and fresh cover correctly franked with 40 centimes.
