    1850: Local cover within Paris bearing Cérès 15 c. green, a fine and fresh example with good to large margins, tied by superb grille with Paris "Lev. de 2½ / Don de 4 h S/G S/ P.P." cds (Aug 31, 1850) in red alongside. Reverse another Paris cds of the same day in black. Minor toning of the envelope just mentioned for accuracy, a fine example of the Local Paris letter rate, applicable between July 1850 to June 1853.
